A Year of Innovation and Collaboration: ESS 2024 Recap

2024 was a transformative year for ESS, marked by innovation, impactful events, and a renewed focus on advancing automotive paint shop processes.

We introduced significant advancements in our product suite. The multi-mesh Export feature in alsim Data Cleaning redefined simulation accuracy and efficiency, while the Sealing module in alsim Paint Shop delivered groundbreaking precision in sealing applications, driving both cost savings and sustainability. The release of alsim Platform 3.0 and the introduction of alsim Cloud enhanced our ability to simplify workflows, boost productivity, and provide scalable, cost-effective solutions for the industry.

Our COA-CFD project continues to push the boundaries of democratizing CFD tools, making advanced simulations more accessible. Similarly, the Automate Project showcased our work in microfluidic system design, combining innovative simulation methods with practical industry applications.

Our commitment to sustainability and industry leadership was evident at events like PaintExpo 2024, the India Surface Coating Show, and the European Automotive & Plastic Coating Conference, where we highlighted how alsim Paint Shop reninforces sustainability in production and process optimization. This collaboration combines ABB’s automation expertise with our cutting-edge simulation tools, setting the stage for transformative advancements in paint shop automation and efficiency.

Our dedication to customer success was reflected in the ongoing trust of partners like Audi, whose feedback on alsim Paint Shop highlighted its role in simplifying process optimization and reducing reliance on physical prototypes. Additionally, events like the 16th India Surface Coating Show and our presence at AC: Car Body Painting 2024 highlighted our drive to share knowledge and innovations with the broader community.
