Conference on Smart Production: Digitalizing automotive manufacturing
Collaborating with Automotive Circle we got the chance to be part of the #ACSmartProduction Conference 2022. Our Global Account Manager Ravi Kanth Borra represented us and gave our input to the emerging topic of digitalizing automotive manufacturing.
Since we provide a wide range of expertise in all things simulations and data handling, the visitors showed great interest. He offered a valuable insight into the power and wide useability of alsim Paint Shop.
Moreover, he revealed some strategies on how the alsim Cloud will positively contribute to simulating manufacturing processes. He explained how our solutions make work steps less time-, resource- and effort-consuming.
As the automotive industry depends on digitalization in the nearer future, we are glad to be able to make a large contribution to that.
Volvo, Magna Steyr, BMW and many other well-known manufacturing companies were visitors of the event and showed great interest in finding out more of how our simulations can help their businesses. Excited discussions and lively conversations have led to establishing corporate connections with many of the attending firms.
Although this event wasn’t a public exhibition but rather a closed network, it nevertheless helped us to gain insight into future digitalization in industrial manufacturing processes.
Ravi didn’t just share the ideas of ESS, but got fully drawn into other presentations as well, which at times felt utopian but very much inspiring. For example: BMW shared their futuristic ideas for their incredibly intricate and detailed long term planning when it comes to developing cars.
The Smart Production Conference this year was amazingly inspiring. We look back thankfully and are looking forward to be part of this con
